C.J. Osman is the Vice President of Operations, Safety and Integrity for the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA). He is responsible for directing the association’s efforts to promote sound federal safety policy for the operations of interstate natural gas pipelines and storage facilities. C.J. evaluates regulatory, legislative, technological and operational developments, and he creates strategies for advancing effective, practical and technology-driven safety practices and regulations.
Prior to joining INGAA in 2016, C.J. held engineering and construction management roles for an oil and gas operator, working on a variety of upstream and midstream projects in New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. He received degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
