America’s Energy Link, supported by the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, and Related Organizations (hereafter “we”, “us” or “our) are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any personally identifiable information that you provide to us. Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Our web servers automatically capture non-personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, your domain name, the IP address of the web page from which you enter our site, the pages that you visit on our site, the click through rates and the amount of time that you spend here. However, the individual user will remain anonymous. We may use and analyze this data for trends and to improve our site. Any non-personally identifiable information that we give to third parties will be provided in aggregate form only.

When you engage in activities such as registering for various America’s Energy Link publications, you may be required to submit personal information to us. This information may be shared with our members, event sponsors or third parties providing services to us. If you choose not to provide the information that is requested by us, you may continue to visit the site but you may be unable to access certain services or secure pages. However, we reserve the right to provide personally identifiable information to third parties if we reasonably believe that this release of information is necessary: 1. to comply with legal requirements or legal process; 2. to protect and defend the rights or property of America’s Energy Link; or 3. to protect the other users of the site or the public.

We do not knowingly collect or use information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
