This study will produce a focused report that will update prior reports and project natural gas pipeline and storage infrastructure developments required through 2030 utilizing information sources addressing potential sources of natural gas supplies and new expanded market opportunities that may emerge due to market conditions, legislative mandates or new technologies. This study will be a topical long range planning document for the industry while evaluating the implications of new gas supplies, changing gas utilization drivers (such as the development and expansion of hybrid and natural gas vehicles), new regulatory requirements, and technology issues which will affect the development of new infrastructure.
