INGAA Foundation Pipe Quality Summit - June 2009

The summit focused on understanding the recent pipe quality and construction/testing issues, understanding the root causes, and identifying possible solutions. INGAA’s OS&E committee developed an action plan as an outcome from the summit. This work began the process for responding to PHMSA’s recent Advisory Notice on line pipe.
