This presentation reviewed climate change and the climate registry.
Beginning in in 2002, Mr. San Martin became the first (or among the first) full time climate change professionals employed at a major gas and electric utility. For the last several years, Mr. San Martin's work has focused on developing a voluntary tariff (ClimateSmart) to allow PG&E customers to pay a small premium to receive climate neutral gas and electricity.
