This presentation reviewed various construction issues with FERC Staff.
In May 2000, Jon became acting Manager, Environmental Project Management for El Paso through the Coastal merger, which was finalized in January 2001.
Since 2001, he has continued to serve in this position. He have published one book, two book chapters and eighteen journal articles in professional and trade publications. He has also made approximately sixty industry presentations.
