Kyle Stephens is currently the Director of Certificates and Regulatory Affairs for Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP. In this role, he has responsibility for Federal regulatory affairs, state regulatory affairs, FERC certificates, non-NAESB regulatory compliance, public outreach and communications, and asset management.
