This presentation covered issues surrounding obtaining and maintaining rights of way during construction of natural gas pipelines.
John is an energy sector professional that has over 35 years of experience, in the siting, permitting, construction and operation of crude oil and natural gas facilities. John currently serves as Manager of Sustainable Natural Resource Practices for NiSource where his responsibilities include environmental strategic planning for all NiSource business units (e.g., Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution, Power Generation, and Electric Transmission and Distribution).
In addition to John’s natural gas industry experience, he served in the public sector in 1993 as the Assistant Director of Environmental Policy at the White House. While at the White House, John was co-creator of the President’s Council on Sustainable Development.
