This presentation reviewed the current last of clear standards regarding the valuing of rights of way on tribal trust lands.
Richardson is vice president and general counsel for El Paso Corporation’s Western Pipeline Group, consisting of El Paso Natural Gas, Colorado Interstate Gas, Wyoming Interstate Company, Mojave Pipeline, and El Paso’s newest interstate pipeline, Cheyenne Plains. Richardson has served in this capacity since January 2004. Richardson is responsible for all legal matters concerning the Western Pipeline Group.
