A subcommittee of the OS&E, the mission of the committee is to:
- Monitor and make recommendations on construction issues that will impact the interstate natural gas pipeline industry and identify research and development related to those issues
- Identify key rulemakings and initiatives that will have significant impacts on the industry
- Coordinate industry participation in key rulemakings and initiatives to yield more appropriate & workable regulation
