As Regulatory Attorney, Dan Regan covers a wide range of rate making, operational, safety and environmental issues for INGAA. Mr. Regan joined INGAA in February 2008, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience with natural gas and electric power industry issues.
Before coming to INGAA, Mr. Regan spent 12 years as the General Counsel of the Energy Association of Pennsylvania and its predecessor, the Pennsylvania Gas Association. Earlier in his career, Mr. Regan worked with law firms in Washington, DC and Dallas representing natural gas and electric power industry clients.
Mr. Regan received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from George Washington University and his law degree from the University of Virginia.
