This project will asses the practicality of creating a process and information repository to share safety-related issues and successes stimulating the culture of open communication among INGAA Foundation members.
Sharing safety-related lessons learned on incidents, benchmarking, best practices, etc. among INGAA and INGAA Foundation members is desired.
Safety events in pipeline construction are unfortunately not unique to one owner/operator company or construction contractor. With each event, there are lessons learned that benefit the parties directly involved and could provide preventive benefit industry wide. However, those lessons are not currently shared throughout the industry.
This project will look into the feasibility of creating a process and information repository to share safety-related issues and successes stimulating the culture of open communication among INGAA Foundation members.
