Rich is the Executive Director of The INGAA Foundation Inc. -- a position he has held since January 2008. He is responsible for implementing the Foundation’s new Strategic Plan, supervising the planning and studies development process, and organizing the Foundation’s three main meetings each year and other networking events.
Prior to the Foundation, Rich had a distinguished 34 + year career as a member of the staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), including service as Director, Division of Gas – Environment and Engineering, in the Office of Energy Projects. In that position he was responsible for the NEPA reviews and all the interstate natural gas pipeline and LNG projects. He holds MS and BS degrees in Civil Engineering from the Newark College of Engineering.
Rich is married to Lynn, and one of their 5 daughters is married.
