The planning and studies meeting began with briefings on From John Allcorn on the Foundation’s methodology for developing study ideas for its 2010 studies, and a brief discussion with Aubrey McClendon to consider what information our industry might need from producers to assist in our efforts at improving the natural gas pipeline transmission process. Then, a presentation by PRCI on its planned research projects for the coming year updated the Foundation members so that duplication of effort would be avoided. The meeting continued with a spirited discussion of possible issues and studies to address them. Champions for each study were named and proposals will be developed for the August meeting.
